Duet's Lock-Down Measures to Keep Resident's Spirits Up!

To help residents to maintain a lively social calendar, we are hosting virtual weekly social events with one of our partner’s, ShinDigger Beer, including putting on regular virtual quiz nights to keep residents’ mind sharp and glasses full.

We are helping residents keep their kitchen shelves topped up with the regular delivery of survival packs in partnership with local coffee bar, Pot Kettle Black. These contain bread, milk, eggs and omega rich avocado, a staple for mood improvement.

Those living in the building are also being helped to keep in good physical and mental shape while onsite gym facilities are closed. Digital versions of the personal training are on offer with our resident personal trainer, Josh Fear, who is also hosting weekly online workouts, health and fitness tips, personal nutritional advice and recommendations. In addition, he is rolling out a series of wellness webinars for residents, with the next one due to focus on professional nutritional advice to help improve or maintain a healthy diet during lockdown.

As a balance to this, Duet’s resident yoga instructor, Rachel from Conscious Calm, is on ‘virtual’ hand to help residents perfect their sun salutations and downward dogs.

Finally, in a world of social distancing, residents are also able to remotely manage repairs and maintenance, view upcoming events and chat to other residents via the Duet Concierge app.

For those who are planning ahead for a move to MediaCityUK once restrictions are lifted, Duet is now hosting virtual video viewings of the premium one, two and three-bedroom apartments including communal spaces.

These are challenging times, but we are making every effort to support our community of residents. The Duet team are always available to you, willing and able to listen to your personal needs, providing you with the very best environment we can.
