Subject to contract and references. All properties are available for long-term let. The development is non-smoking throughout. Sharing groups are welcome and pets are allowed, at our discretion. Prospective residents must satisfy the referencing process; students are welcome with an acceptable guarantor or with other means of guarantee subject to our agreement. Our Referencing Criteria can be found here. A security deposit of at least five weeks rent is required. Rent is to be paid at least one month in advance. Pre-Tenancy Funds are payable when an application is submitted which are non-refundable in line with our Terms and Conditions. It is the resident's responsibility to insure any personal possessions.
